Professional-grade BIM quality and productivity tools for Revit
B45 Labs builds automation that helps AEC teams deliver higher-quality models with less effort — engineering born from real project experience, trusted by professionals worldwide.
What We Build
B45 Labs develops a growing family of Revit add-ins for the AEC industry. B45 Coordination brings model checking, clash analysis, and documentation automation into a single toolkit; B45 Library gives teams a fast, organized way to manage and reuse content; and B45 Connect — currently in development — is bringing an AI assistant to the workflow. The goal is a coherent platform where quality assurance and productivity work together, not a scattered set of one-off scripts.

How We Build: Standards & Trust
Professional teams put B45 Labs in their daily workflow, so it is engineered to earn that trust.
Five Revit versions
Every release is built and validated for Revit 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026, and 2027 — the same tools, current and back-compatible across five versions.
Code-signed installers
Every installer is digitally signed with an SSL.com certificate, so you can verify the publisher before anything runs on your machine.
Rigorous automated testing
A comprehensive automated test suite runs against the codebase to catch regressions before a release ever reaches you.
Privacy by design
Telemetry is anonymous and consent-based, aligned with LGPD and GDPR, with in-product data export and erasure. Your model data never leaves your machine — no geometry, no file contents.
Free until 2027 — guaranteed
Core functionality is free to use through 2027, guaranteed. A solo practitioner deserves the same tools as a top-10 global firm.
Milestones
Where it began
The idea for B45 Labs took shape on the CENPES renovation project in Rio de Janeiro, where the full command set was designed around real project needs. Hands-on development of the code began in October 2024.
v1.0.0 public launch
The first stable public release goes live, opening the toolkit to any Revit professional.
Multi-version Revit support
Coverage expands across Revit 2023 through 2027, so teams on different versions run the same tools.
Five languages
The interface ships in English, with Portuguese, Spanish, French, and Russian available in beta.
v2.0.0 two-product launch
B45 Coordination and B45 Library launch together, marking the step from a single plugin to a product family.
A global user base
Real usage now reaches professionals in 29 countries across five continents — the demand is global and growing.
B45 Connect in development
An AI assistant for the BIM workflow is in active development — the next step toward a connected B45 Labs platform.

Founded By
Bruno Senna
Founder, Architect & BIM Specialist
I am Bruno Senna. I have spent 22 years in the AECO industry, and since 2008, 18 of them inside BIM, taking projects of the highest complexity from first model to delivered building: large, multidisciplinary work where architecture, structure and a dozen building systems must land on the same coordinates, on the same deadline. I have led BIM implementations from the ground up, written the standards, trained the teams, validated the models and answered for the coordination when it mattered most.
In that time I learned that BIM was never about software. It is intelligence, well-structured processes, automation and real collaboration working together, so that what gets built matches what was designed and promised. Technology only matters when it changes the outcome on site.
B45 Labs is that career, compiled.
Every tool in this suite began as a real problem that cost real projects real money: the misaligned link nobody caught, the missing information that surfaced at handover, the thousand walls no one could audit one by one. I lived those failures firsthand, and I turned each one into software that catches them in minutes, inside Revit, before they ever reach the field.
Today B45 Labs runs in architecture and engineering practices around the world, and it keeps evolving with a single measure of success: the hours it gives back to the teams who design and build.
