We believe that model quality shouldn't depend on how many hours you spend reviewing spreadsheets. It should be automated, reliable, and accessible to every team, in every country, at every scale.

We envision a future where every Revit model that leaves a firm has been automatically validated — naming conventions checked, coordinates verified, clashes detected, documentation complete. B45 Labs is building that future, one command at a time.

We exist because unchecked models create problems — RFIs, rework, delays, cost overruns. Every feature we build is designed to catch issues before they leave your desk. We hold our own product to the same standard: if it doesn't work reliably across all five Revit versions, it doesn't ship.
Accessibility
B45 Labs is free today — and core functionality will always remain accessible. We believe that a modeler in Jakarta, a BIM Manager in São Paulo, and a coordinator in Miami should all have access to the same quality tools. Professional-grade doesn't have to mean enterprise-priced.
Transparency
Our roadmap is public. Our privacy policy is clear and honest — we collect only anonymous usage data and nothing from your models. When we make decisions, we explain why. Trust is earned, not assumed.

B45 Labs was born from the BIM community. The founder trained over 250 professionals and implemented BIM at multiple firms before building this tool. We believe in giving back — through free tools, open knowledge sharing, and building a space where BIM professionals support each other.

B45 Labs is committed to keeping core functionality free — because a solo practitioner in a developing country deserves the same quality tools as a top-10 global firm. When we introduce premium features, we will ensure that the free tier remains genuinely useful, not a stripped-down demo.
Transparency & Data Ethics
We collect only what we need: anonymous command usage data and voluntary user profile information. We do not collect model data, file contents, geometry, or any sensitive information. Our privacy policy is written in plain language, publicly available on GitHub, and updated whenever our practices change. We believe your data belongs to you — period.
