B45 Labs | ConnectLarger Preview for Details, Legends and Sheets
Right-click any drafting view, legend or sheet in the Library and choose Preview: it opens in its own window, rendered far larger than the grid thumbnail, so the notes and dimensions on a detail can be read before you insert it. It navigates like the Revit canvas — wheel to zoom, middle button to pan, double middle-click to fit.
“For the Drafting views it would be nice if we could see an even larger preview. I already have it set to the 256 option, which is fine for the Library, Materials and Patterns, but for Drafting Views it's a little small and I need to read some of the information. Maybe the option to right-click and select PREVIEW and get a larger view.”
Search That Reads the Drawing
The Library search reads what is written inside a detail, not just its name. Type CMU and you get the detail whose note says 8" CMU BLOCK, even when nothing in its name mentions CMU. Every detail is indexed by its text, the components it places, the sheet it sits on and the categories it contains, and each result says why it appeared. A Results panel groups matches across every tab, punctuation and half-words are forgiven, and a quoted phrase searches for the words together.

A read-only audit of every grid in the model, in a panel you can leave open while you fix things in Revit. It reports extents dragged in a single view, missing scope boxes, duplicate names and gaps in a lettering run, grids nudged a fraction of a degree off the building’s own axis, and grids that are unpinned or unmonitored. A second tab lays your grids side by side with every linked model at once: which pairs match, which drifted and by how much, and which exist on only one side.

22Parameter Control · Rename and Change Group
Rename a parameter and change the group it sits in, in one action — leave the name blank and only the group moves, in place, with no values touched. Change Group also sets the group on a whole selection at once, including groups the previous release could not offer, such as Visibility, Photometrics and Title Text.
