Sheet Navigator

Sheet / View Navigator opens a small modeless palette that walks your sheets — and optionally every view type — in exact Project Browser order, without you touching the browser tree. Previous and Next step one item at a time and wrap around at the ends; Parent jumps from the active view, legend, or schedule to the sheet it is placed on; and a Go to field jumps straight to a typed sheet number. A scope dropdown narrows the walk to all, odd, or even sheets, to the members of a sheet set, or to every sheet that shares the current sheet's value of a chosen parameter.

1. In the B45 Labs | Coordination tab, open the Documentation panel and click Sheet / View Navigator — the palette opens collapsed, anchored to the top-right of the Revit window.
2. Click the expand glyph to reveal the Previous, Next, and Parent buttons.
3. Use Previous and Next to step through sheets in Project Browser order; the sequence wraps around at the first and last sheet.
4. Tick Navigate all view types to walk views, sheets, and schedules together, each within its own Project Browser section, based on the active view.
5. Set the scope dropdown to All sheets, Odd sheets, Even sheets, Within a sheet set, or Same parameter value to narrow what Previous and Next visit.
6. Click Parent to jump from the active view, legend, or schedule to its host sheet — if it is placed on more than one sheet, pick the target from the list.
7. Type a sheet number in the Go to field to jump straight to that sheet.

• Page Down and Page Up navigate while the palette is open — they work on sheets and graphical views, but not on schedules, where those keys keep scrolling the rows, so use the buttons there.
• Hold Ctrl with Page Down or Page Up to jump two at a time, or Ctrl+Shift to jump four — fast travel through a large sheet set.
• The palette stays open and follows document switches, re-reading the sheet list for the newly active model, so you can keep it docked while you work.
• Same parameter value walks only the sheets that share the current sheet's value of a chosen text parameter (for example Discipline) — a quick way to page through one discipline's set.
