    Toggle Reference Points

    Overview

Toggle Reference Points shows or hides all three coordinate reference points — Project Base Point, Survey Point, and Internal Origin — together in the active view. It works on their Site subcategories as a two-state switch: if any of the three is currently hidden it shows all three, otherwise it hides all three, in a single transaction. It changes visibility only and never moves or edits the points themselves.

    How to use

    1. Open a model view — plan, ceiling plan, section, elevation, 3D, or drafting view (sheets and schedules are not supported).
    2. In the B45 Labs | Coordination tab, open the Model Management panel and click Toggle Reference Points.
    3. All three reference points flip visibility together in the active view; if the parent Site category was hidden, it is un-hidden first so the change is visible.

    Tips & Notes

    • The switch is deterministic even from a mixed state — as long as any one point is hidden, the next click shows all three.
    • If the active view is driven by a view template that controls category visibility, the template — not the view — governs the points; the tool detects this and prompts you before proceeding.

    Limitations

    • Changes visibility only — it does not move, clip, or edit the reference-point elements.
    • Affects the active view only; other views keep their own visibility.
